Meet little miss Emmy. At 4 weeks old, she’s just over 7 1/2 pounds. A petite little thing, and oh so adorable. She was so alert for most of our session, so there was a lot of swaddling, rocking, and feeding going on! By looking at this sneak peek, you’d think she was squishy and sleepy just about the entire time. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it!

Just had to add this last one: This is little Miss Sassy. Can you believe that she’s 14 years old?!

Oh how I love my job! Yet another sweet, squishy newborn baby. She fought sleep for a little while, but eventually she gave in and let me do just about everything I wanted. Mom & dad didn’t know her gender until she was born. A sweet surprise! You couldn’t ask for anything more precious.

Hope you guys love these as much as I do!

This is Cody. Look at his teeth! He looks like he’s smiling! After a little inservice on shitzus from this wonderful family, and then getting to visit with Mr. Cody, it’s all kind of got me wanting to get one for our family too! I never knew that a long haired dog that didn’t shed existed! And hypoallergenic to boot. Cool!

kfarrowcollageweb2What a schweet lil pumpkin!!! Isn’t he just adorable? He was a perfect, sleepy, snuggly, poop-free little guy. And there I was, before the session started, warning mom about poop. And I reassured her that it was completely okay (which it is folks–everything they lay on is washable!). And he never did it! What a treat it was to hang out with this sweet sweet baby boy. Thanks for having me! It was fun!

I have had the privilege of photographing this sweet little girl’s first year of life.  It makes me so happy to say that she celebrated her first birthday on October 3rd but it was exactly one year ago today, I showed up on this gorgeous family’s doorstep, with my camerabag on my shoulder, ready to capture a tiny, precious, 7 pound newborn baby girl in her fleeting newly born moments. (((sigh))) And today, I hung out in their home, snapping away at the day in the life of this walking, babbling, Gerber puff-eating, feisty little girl. And I enjoyed every single second of it. Thank you so much for letting me document her first year of life for you guys. My first real “baby planners!” Hopefully, there will be another “member” of your family in the future. :) Hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them. Seriously.

And this is Emma the Pomeranian who doesn’t want anyone to touch her but apparently, she loves Greenies, because everytime you ask her if she wants one, she cocks her head to the side, like this. :)

What a treat it was to hang out with a couple of GORGEOUS kids! Oh my goodness. Nora just hammed it up for the camera and baby Claire had other ideas–she wanted to sleep and certainly didn’t want me making googly noises and silly faces at her. Ha! But despite it all, I did get some beautiful captures of her sweet little face. :) Not to mention a few of the rest of the beautiful family too!
